3-Week Science-Backed Stress Study
Background & Purpose:
This study is motivated by observations and reflections based on interactions, and communication with at least several thousand people about their health concerns, over a period of 10+ years, that while the ANS plays a critical and foundational role in health maintenance and healing, it may be widely neglected in both recognition and in care, in the domain of individual self-care, and in conventional and complimentary practices.
This study uses Resonance breathwork to improve ANS regulation, and observes the impact on Heart Rate Variability (HRV), with potential corresponding impact on the chakra and meridian energy systems.

A quick overview from me about this study (2:33 mins)
Perfect participant:
✓ Feels stress/fight-flight often
✓ With no diagnosis, not on medication
✓ Non-smoker (including vaping, <1x/week)
✓ Normal exercise (<5 hours intense exercise/week), where it's hard to speak more than a few words.
✓ Owns a iPhone or Android smartphone
✓ Be willing to download new apps to use during the research period
✓ May have these concerns: fatigue, sleep, headaches, inflammation, tension, brain fog, mood swings, digestive issues, feeling wired, or related concerns.
✓ Willing to abstain from consuming alcohol 24-48 in the previous evening and on the day of measurement
Not a fit if:
X Pregnant or post menopause
X On any calorie restrictions or fasting
X Night shift/rotating schedule
X Heavy athlete training
X Diagnosed/chronic condition, on medication

TOTAL TIME COMMITMENT
The total duration is 3 weeks.
The total time commitment is:
60-75 minutes induction video call
Watch 2 short videos on what heart rate variability and the resonance breath pattern are, about 10 - 12 minutes
About 10 - 12 minutes routine each morning
Completion of an Intake form, Baseline Questionnaire and Completion Questionnaire (at the end), about 5 to 10 minutes
Done Entirely Remotely!
FAQ:
